Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at [your contact email] to discuss options.
Damaged or Lost Packages: SVH Art House is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Important Notes for Art Prints & Canvas Fine art prints and stretched canvases are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
